PERSONALITY:
The first thing most people notice about Jo is that she's stubborn. She doesn't take any crap from anyone, and once she sets her mind to something, she won't stop until she gets what she wants. Jo has a tendency to leap before she looks, not thinking over the consequences of her actions. Jo's major flaw is that she doesn't admit when she's in over her head or in a situation that she can't get out of. The way Jo sees it, there's a way that she can Do It All Herself.
One thing Jo isn't is a wallflower. She's not afraid to speak her mind, and is passionate about what she believes in. Jo considers herself to be a fairly trusting person, and is steadfastly loyal to her friends and family, and would go to hell and back for them, especially her mother and Sam and Dean Winchester. Jo also has a sharp, quick wit, and always has an answer for everything.
While Jo is pretty independent, she's still pretty naive in some cases, like the ways of hunting. While Jo's life wasn't exactly sheltered, her mom kept her pretty protected after her dad was killed, and there's somethings that Jo just isn't all that familiar with. Jo also has trouble with admitting that she's wrong. She doesn't like to, and when she is, she has trouble doing it, even to those she's close to. To Jo, if she's wrong, she's failed, and Jo doesn't like to admit that she's failed.
Jo is steadfastly loyal to those she's close to. She's fiercely protective of her family and friends, and will do anything for them. She's died for them in the past and won't hesitate to do it again.
ABILITIES: While she has no superhuman abilities, Jo is well-versed in the supernatural and knows how to hunt and kill them.
WEAKNESSES: Jo is only human.

WHY HAS YOUR CHARACTER CAUGHT THE EYE OF THE COLLECTOR?: Because unlike the last couple of Jos, this Jo has no idea that she's been in the city before, or forged a life here. And this intrigues him.
